Kama Marketing Group is small on purpose. One person writes every hook, script and shot list you get, and checks each one against fair-housing rules before it reaches you.

I started Kama Marketing Group because agents kept being sold “social media management” and handed a posting schedule. I run the account like an ad account instead: hooks and scripts first, then real ad budget behind whichever videos earn attention.
I write every script myself and check each one against fair-housing rules before you see it, which is also why our ads run inside TikTok’s Housing category rather than around it. If you want to see how I think about a hook before you ever speak to me, the examples below are the real thing.

We have not published client results yet, so here is the next most useful thing: three hooks written the way we write them, with the reason each one works. Every script opens on its strongest line, because on a Housing ad the creative is doing the targeting.
“This house sat for 94 days. We changed three things and it went in a weekend.”
A number and a turnaround in the first six words. Sellers who have been on the market a while stop scrolling because it names their exact situation without naming them.
“Everyone asks me about the kitchen. Here are the two rooms that actually move the price.”
Contradicts something the viewer already believes, then promises the correction. It earns the next eight seconds, which is all a hook has to do.
“I walked 40 houses last month. This is the one thing the photos never show you.”
Volume as proof, then a gap the listing photos cannot fill. It positions the agent as the person who has already done the looking.
