This policy explains what personal information Kama Marketing Group collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are
Kama Marketing Group is a United Kingdom based marketing business that manages TikTok advertising campaigns for real estate agents in the United States. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical information that any website receives.
Information you send us
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give one
- The market or area you work in
- Your TikTok username
- Anything you write in the message field
If you email us directly, we receive whatever that email contains.
Technical information
Our hosting provider records standard server information when a page is requested, such as the IP address making the request, the browser and device type, and the pages viewed. This is used to run and secure the site.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a growth plan. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To provide and administer our services if you become a client. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To keep the website secure and working. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in protecting our systems.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations. Lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list from a website enquiry.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third party tracking pixels. We do not build a profile of your browsing behaviour.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch those font files. That request includes your IP address, as any request for a file on the internet does.
Our form provider may set a cookie that is strictly necessary to process a form submission and to block automated spam.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Netlify hosts this website and processes enquiry form submissions.
- Microsoft 365 provides our email, which is where enquiries are delivered and where our replies are sent from.
- TikTok is the advertising platform we operate campaigns on. If you become a client, campaign activity runs through your own TikTok advertising account under TikTok's own terms and privacy policy.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
6. International transfers
We operate from the United Kingdom and our clients are in the United States, so personal information is handled in both countries, and by service providers that store data in the United States and elsewhere. Where information leaves the UK, we rely on our providers' safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or an approved adequacy decision.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become client relationships are kept for up to two years from our last contact with you, so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and then for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes, which is normally six years. After that they are deleted.
8. How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to enquiry submissions and to our email is limited to the people who need it, and is protected by individual accounts and multi-factor authentication. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the size of our business.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete information we no longer have a good reason to keep
- Ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it
- Ask us to transfer it to you or another provider in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent
To exercise any of these, email info@kamamarketinggroup.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the United States, you may also have rights under your own state's privacy laws, and you are welcome to raise any request with us directly using the email address above.
10. Children
Our services are sold to working real estate professionals. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated by email.
